Concord Township Girdled Road public water extension

A Concord Township teacher described dry wells two to three times a year, abandoned homes, families bathing with baby wipes, and tens of thousands spent on cisterns and holding tanks. She demanded the county pursue a resolution of necessity, apply for Water Supply Revolving Loan principal forgiveness and other grants, and explain why ARPA money funded the west end of Girdled Road but not her street.
